100% U.S. Based Staff

We have 100% U.S. based staff - OSI recruits and hires only from within the United States. Your accounting team is made up OSI employees – your financial records are not passed on to subcontractors, and no work is done overseas.

Our staff is based throughout the U.S. and work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in their time zones. Although our employees have the luxury of working from home, they are logged into our servers during their workday and all work is processed and completed on our servers. Employees work in a paperless environment using dual monitors set up for them by OSI. There is no call center; your information is not passed out to just anybody. Your bookkeeper is assigned to your account and works for you daily. Your contact with this bookkeeper is done by phone, email, or instant messenger.
