to discuss your needs with the OSI Managing Director of Sales & Marketing
OSI will send a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Send a copy of your accounting file to OSI for analysis.
Step 2
Schedule a discovery conference call with our CPA and sales person to discuss the file analysis and the client needs and expectations.
OSI will send scope of work and agreement after discovery call.
Client will scan or fax signed agreement to OSI.
Step 3
Pre Getting Started Conference Call
Internal Prep Meeting with OSI Controller, OSI Client Implementation Specialist, OSI Full Charge Bookkeeper
Step 4
Receive a free scanner in the mail.
OSI will have the Getting Started Conference Call (1-3 hours)
Discuss roles & communications
